By signing up, you agree to receive service-related updates (such as "On our way" or "Service complete" alerts).

* Control: You can opt-out of text alerts at any time by replying "STOP."

* Equipment Condition: We are responsible for the safe transport of your waste and recycling bins. However, The Can Collect is not liable for damage caused by "wear and tear," such as brittle plastic breaking in extreme temperatures, pre-existing cracks, or wheel failure due to age.

* Property Access: You authorize our team to enter the designated areas of your property (driveway, side yard, etc.) to move your bins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to driveways, walkways, or landscaping.

* Safety Hazards: To ensure a safe pickup, please keep the path to your bins clear of trip hazards, pets, or debris. We reserve the right to skip a service if the path is deemed unsafe for our staff.

* Third-Party Damage: Once bins are placed at the curb, The Can Collect is not responsible for any damage caused by city waste vehicles, passing traffic, or weather events (like high winds) that may occur after our team has departed.
