* Property Access: You authorize our team to enter the designated areas of your property (driveway, side yard, etc.) to move your bins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to driveways, walkways, or landscaping.
* Safety Hazards: To ensure a safe pickup, please keep the path to your bins clear of trip hazards, pets, or debris. We reserve the right to skip a service if the path is deemed unsafe for our staff.
* Third-Party Damage: Once bins are placed at the curb, The Can Collect is not responsible for any damage caused by city waste vehicles, passing traffic, or weather events (like high winds) that may occur after our team has departed.
